Dont Sell Stolen Beer

Two College Station school cafeteria workers were fired and another resigned after the trio was linked last month to selling stolen beer on the A&M Consolidated High School campus, district officials said.

College Station police and school officials said it appeared one of the women was provided stolen beer by a delivery driver working for a Bryan-based distributor. She is accused of selling the beer at a reduced cost to two other employees, officials said.

District administrators said all three women worked at the high school in the child nutrition department, but they would not identify them by name. No charges have been filed, but the case remained under investigation Friday.
